Our products may include both physical and digital components to provide a complete experience. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds on digital materials. Refunds are limited to the physical portion of the product and are only available if the physical item is defective.

Refunds for Physical Defects
If your product includes both physical and digital materials, we offer a **20% refund on the total sales amount** to cover the physical portion if it is defective upon receipt. To request a refund for a defective physical item, please get in touch with us within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a defective item refund request, please email us at support@clickgroth.agency. We will provide instructions on how to proceed. Please note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be eligible for a refund.

Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If the physical item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assist with the issue.

- Sale Items and Gift Cards: We cannot accept returns or offer refunds on sale items or gift cards.
